These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IQBC-Test platform, including the website located at www.iqbctest.com and the mobile application "IQBC Test" available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), operated by Illuminate Eduserve Pvt Ltd (CIN: U85500MH2025PTC462190), having its registered office at Shop No.1, Shiv Corner CHS, Plot Number 74, Sector 35, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai – 410209, Maharashtra, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, registering an account, or making a payment, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. About the Platform
IQBC-Test — Intelligence Quotient of Basic Concepts — is a concept gap diagnostic assessment platform designed for students of Class 5 through Class 10. The Platform provides diagnostic tests in Mathematics, Science, and English aligned with the CBSE curriculum and generates detailed performance reports to help students, parents, and educational institutions identify learning gaps.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- The Platform is intended for students of Class 5 to Class 10, their parents/guardians, and educational institutions.
- Accounts may be created by a parent, guardian, or student directly. During registration, the user must select their role (Student or Parent).
- Only the name of the user is mandatory during registration. Additional details such as age, class, and school name are optional.
- You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or contains false information.
3. Use of the Platform
- Users may access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or technology on the Platform.
- You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scraping mechanisms to access the Platform.
- You agree not to impersonate another user or share your account credentials with any third party.
- Any attempt to manipulate test results, circumvent the integrity of the assessment system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Tests, Reports & Assessment Content
- All test content, questions, assessment frameworks, and reports available on the Platform are created in-house by qualified educational professionals and are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
- Tests must be completed within the session environment provided. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform at all times.
- Reports generated upon completion of a test are accessible through the Platform and may be downloaded or saved from within the app.
- IQBC-Test is a diagnostic tool. The reports and scores provided are intended to identify concept gaps and guide learning decisions. They do not constitute academic grades, official certifications, or guarantees of academic performance or improvement.
- The Company makes no warranty that results obtained through IQBC-Test will be accepted by any school, institution, or examination board.
5. Payment Terms
- Access to diagnostic tests is available upon payment of the applicable fee per subject per tier (Silver or Gold), as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. The Company does not store your payment card details.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- In the event of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your account but the test access is not activated, such cases will be resolved automatically or through our support team. Please contact support@iqbctest.com with your transaction reference number.
- The Company reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Changes will not affect tests already purchased.
6. Refund & Cancellation
All sales on the Platform are final. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately on the Platform, for complete details. By proceeding to payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our refund terms.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform — including but not limited to test questions, assessment reports, concept maps, graphics, logos, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
- The name "IQBC-Test", "IQBC Test", and "Illuminate Eduserve" are proprietary names and trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal educational purposes only.
8. Device Permissions
The IQBC-Test mobile application may request the following device permissions:
- Camera & Microphone: Used solely for real-time session monitoring during the test to maintain assessment integrity. No audio or video is recorded or stored.
- Storage: Required to enable downloading and saving of test reports and documents to your device.
- Notifications: Used to send alerts, updates, and platform communications. You may manage notification preferences through your device settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or academic outcomes. The Company's total liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that User for the specific test giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with Razorpay for payment processing and Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
12. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the designated Grievance Officer for the Platform is:
