This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the IQBC-Test platform (www.iqbctest.com) and the IQBC Test mobile application, operated by Illuminate Eduserve Pvt Ltd (CIN: U85500MH2025PTC462190).
By completing a payment on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full. An explicit acknowledgement of this Policy is presented to every user at the time of checkout, prior to payment confirmation.
All purchases on the IQBC-Test platform are final and non-refundable. Once a test package (Silver or Gold) is purchased for a subject, the test access is activated and the fee paid is not eligible for refund, regardless of whether the test has been attempted or not.

We understand that rare and unforeseen technical failures can occur. In the exceptional and unlikely event that a verified technical failure on our end directly prevents you from accessing or completing a test after payment — such as a platform outage or server error during an active test session — we are committed to making it right.

Please note: Issues arising from the user's own device, internet connectivity, browser compatibility, or user error do not qualify under this exception.
In cases where a payment is initiated but fails (i.e., the amount is debited from your account but test access is not activated), an automatic refund will be triggered by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days to your original payment source. If you do not receive such a refund within 7 business days, please contact us at support@iqbctest.com with your transaction reference number.
There is no subscription or recurring payment on the Platform. Each test purchase is a one-time transaction. As such, there is no cancellation mechanism applicable post-purchase. If you have initiated a payment and wish to stop, please close the payment window before confirming the transaction. Once payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
