By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. This Policy applies to both the web platform and the IQBC Test mobile application available on Android and iOS.

- Name (mandatory for account registration)
- Email address (used for login via OTP)
- Role: Student or Parent (selected during registration)
- Optional profile information: age, class (grade), school name
- Test responses and performance data generated during assessments
b) Information Collected Automatically:
- Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- App usage data, session information, and interaction logs
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics via Firebase
- IP address and approximate location (not precise location)
c) Payment Information:
All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. The Company does not collect, store, or process your payment card details. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for information on how your payment data is handled.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account on the Platform
- To administer diagnostic tests and generate personalised performance reports
- To process payments and maintain transaction records
- To send OTP-based authentication communications
- To send platform notifications, updates, and alerts (you may opt out via device settings)
- To improve Platform features, content quality, and user experience
- To monitor application performance and resolve technical issues via Firebase
- To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law
- In the future, we may send educational communications or promotional messages. You will have the option to opt out at any time.
3. Device Permissions
- Camera & Microphone: Accessed in real-time only during active test sessions for integrity monitoring. No video or audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- Storage: Used to enable download and saving of test reports to your device. No personal files are accessed.
- Notifications: Used to send alerts and updates. You can manage this permission via your device settings at any time.
4. Data Storage & Security
- User profile data, test results, and performance reports are stored securely on our servers with appropriate encryption where applicable.
- We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
- No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of your last active session on the Platform. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion of your account by contacting us at support@iqbctest.com.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Razorpay for payment processing purposes
- With Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting
- With law enforcement or government authorities as required by applicable law
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of the Company, subject to confidentiality obligations
7. Children's Privacy
The Platform serves students, including minor children under the age of 18. We are committed to protecting the privacy of young users. We collect only the minimum information necessary (primarily a name and email), and we encourage parents and guardians to oversee their child's use of the Platform. Parental consent is implied when a parent creates an account on behalf of a child or when a student account is created with parental awareness.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children beyond what is necessary for the educational diagnostic service.

- Correction: You may update or correct your profile information directly within the app.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@iqbctest.com.
