IQBC-Test is a concept gap diagnostic tool designed to help students, parents, and educational institutions understand a student's foundational strengths and weaknesses in Mathematics, Science, and English (Classes 5–10) across various educational boards and curricula. The Platform is intended solely for educational guidance and informational purposes.

2. No Guarantee of Academic Outcome

The diagnostic reports, scores, concept maps, and recommendations provided by the Platform are intended to guide learning decisions. They do not constitute a guarantee of academic improvement, exam success, or institute performance. IQBC-Test identifies concept gaps — the action taken on such insights is the responsibility of the student, parent, or educator.

The Company makes no representation that use of the Platform will result in improved grades, better examination results, or acceptance into any educational programme.

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Educational Advice

The Platform is not a substitute for professional tutoring, institute instruction, or expert educational counselling. Users are encouraged to use IQBC-Test as one component of a broader learning strategy, in conjunction with qualified teachers and educational professionals.

4. Accuracy of Content

While our in-house team of educational professionals takes every effort to ensure that test questions and report content are accurate and curriculum-aligned, the Company does not warrant that all content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites or services (including payment gateways and analytics tools). The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of such third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

The IQBC Test software (Computer Software) is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, with a copyright application filed with the Copyright Office, Government of India under Diary Number SW-25444/2026-CO. Any unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of the software is a punishable offence under applicable Indian law.
