This page explains how to request deletion of your IQBC-Test account and associated personal data. How to Request Deletion

You can request account and data deletion in the following way:

By Email

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to:
support@iqbctest.com
Use the subject line: "Delete my account"

We will verify your request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we permanently and irreversibly delete the following data associated with your account:

Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)

Your role and registration details (Student or Parent)

Optional profile details (age, class/grade, school name)

Any children profiles linked to your account

All test sessions, answers, and diagnostic results

Performance reports and concept gap data

Proctoring data (camera and microphone session monitoring data)

App usage logs and session activity data

What Data Is Retained & For How Long

In accordance with applicable Indian law, certain data may be retained even after account deletion:

Payment & Transaction Records

We retain payment records, transaction IDs, and billing information (without test content or personal diagnostic data) where required for legal, tax, and accounting compliance obligations — typically for up to 7 years as mandated by applicable Indian law. These records are then permanently deleted.

Backup Copies

Deleted data may persist in encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days following your deletion request, after which it is permanently purged on our normal backup rotation schedule.

Processing Time

All verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
